Eid Special Chicken Tikka Biryani Recipe<br /><br /><br />Today I am sharing Eid Special recipe of Chicken Tikka Biryani. In this Chicken is marinated in spicy mix of Yogurt and Spices, to prepare delicious Tikka and finally mixed with Gravy and Long Grained Basmati Rice. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />For Chicken Tikka:<br />Chicken - 750g with bone<br />Curd or yoghurt - 3 tbsp<br />Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp<br />Oil or butter - 2 tbsp<br />Red chilli powder - 1 tsp<br />Coriander powder - 1 tbsp<br />Cumin powder - 1 tsp<br />Garam masala powder - 1 tsp<br />Turmeric - 1/2 tsp<br />Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp<br />Chaat masala - 1 tsp<br />Lemon juice - 1 tbsp<br />Red food colour - 1/4 tsp<br />Oil - 1/4 cup for shallow frying<br /><br /><br />For Boiling Rice:<br />Basmati rice - 750g (soaked for 1 hour )<br />Water - 4 litre<br />Cloves - 4<br />Bay leave - 2<br />Cinnamon stick - 1 inch<br />Black cumin seeds - 1 tsp<br />Oil - 2 tbsp<br />Vinegar or lemon juice - 1 tbsp<br />Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp<br />Mint leaves - 2 tbsp<br />Salt - 1 tbsp<br /><br /><br />For Biryani Gravy:<br />Oil - 1/4 cup<br />Cumin seeds - 1 tsp<br />Black cardamon - 1<br />Green Cardamon - 3<br />Cinnamon - 1 inch stick<br />Bay leave - 2<br />Black peppercone - 1 tbsp<br />Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp<br />Green masala paste: 5 green chilli + 2 tbsp coriander leaves + 2 tbsp mint leaves<br />Tomato - 3 <br />Coriander powder - 2 tbsp<br />Red chilli powder - 1 tsp<br />Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp<br />Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp<br />Cumin powder - 1 tsp<br />Biryani masala - 1 tbsp<br />Garam masala - 1 tsp<br />salt - as per taste<br />Fried onions - 1 cup<br />Curd or yoghurt - 3/4 cup<br />Chicken tikka pieces<br />Water - 1 cup<br />Charcoal - for giving smoke<br />Mint leaves - 2 tbsp<br />Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp<br /><br /><br />Other Ingredients:<br />Fried onions - for layering<br />Mint leaves - 1/4 cup for layering<br />Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup for layering<br />Food colour - 1/4 tsp diluted in water<br /><br />Email Id: yummyfoodwithsana2020@gmail.com<br /><br /><br />Follow me on my instagram Id : https://www.instagram.com/p/COAZubnn-lV/?igshid=1wg1btwg6wlh8<br /><br /><br /><br />If you liked my recipe, do like and share my video.<br />Don't forget to subscribe to my channel #YummYfoodwithSaNa<br /><br />Thank you<br />Allah Hafiz.
